BANTLEON combines research, development and application expertise to continuously refine existing products and create new solutions tailored to individual requirements. Thanks to our in-house laboratory, we are able to analyse, test and optimise products, applications and processes in a targeted manner.


The BANTLEON Laboratory combines the highest quality standards with extensive analytical expertise and a passion for precise findings. With reliable testing processes, cutting-edge expertise and an in-depth understanding of technical applications and oil chemistry, we lay the foundations for well-informed decisions and sustainable solutions – in line with the quality principles of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.

 

Analyses and evaluations

 

Ready-made analysis sets facilitate simple and transparent sample collection and sample shipment. Besides: BANTLEON does not perform routine collective analyses, but rather distinguishes itself from other laboratories through practical and application-oriented analyses and evaluations.

Having its own laboratory enables BANTLEON to specifically examine, test and analyse individual requirements. This provides customers with a well-founded assessment of their media and processes, ensuring greater safety, quality and efficiency right from the start.
Laboratory services include, amongst other things, the monitoring of processes and media, routine tests for the automotive, industrial and metalworking sectors, the preparation of lubrication schedules and lubricant conversion tables, as well as training courses on the handling of cooling lubricants and hazardous substances.
BANTLEON does not carry out routine batch analyses, but instead focuses on practical, application-oriented analyses and evaluations. This produces results that not only provide laboratory data, but also offer specific guidance for the relevant process and application.
